Dr. R.K. Chadha born in 1946 in Rawalpindi (now in Pakistan) obtained his M.Sc. and M.Ed. from Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab and did his Ph.D. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab. He has been imparting Scientific the Technical Education to the students for nearly three decades. He already has four books and twenty research articles in the fields of educational psychology and technical training, published in various professional journals to his credit. Dr. Chadha, retired, lives in Chandigarh.
