The book Muslim Law & Other Personal Laws (Family Law -II) deals with Indian Divorce Act, 1869, the Special Marriage Act, 1954 and the Indian Succession Act, 1925 besides Muslim Personal Law as per the syllabus prescribed by the Bar Council of India.
While dealing Mohammedan Law the Author quoted from Quran, Hedaya, Mulla, Fyzee, etc. and Rules of Shariat relating to Personal Law which are compiled (and translated into English) by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board for academic and educational purposes only for students use in research and preparation of their examinations.
