Mrs Minoti Barthakur , has a brilliant academic record, and a gold medalist from the Darrang College, Tezpur, Assam. She has served as Professor and HOD of Philosophy of Cotton College , a premier Post-Graduate Institute in Guwahati, till her retirement in 2006.
