ABOUT THE AUTHOR B D Patnaik
Dr. B.D. Patnaik (b. 1956) has over twenty years of teaching experience. He did his schooling from St. Xavier High School, Patna. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in zoology from the University of Calcutta. Dr. Patnaik has written various articles and papers and also presented them at national level seminars. He obtained his doctorate degree by conducting research on Leptocorisa varicornis. Presently, he is guiding research scholars and also engaged in doing extensive research on various parasites.

S.K. Kochhar obtained his Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Zoology from the university of Delhi and subsequently Ph.D. from Punjabi university, Patiala. Having a teaching experience of more than two decades in several colleges of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, at various levels and in different capacities, dr. Kochhar s providing research guidance to a number of research scholars and actively engages in two minor research projects related to parasites.
