Dr. R. Elagovan, M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D. is Reader in Commerce, Directorate of Distance Education Annamalai Unicersity, Annamalai Nagar. He has 14 ? years of teaching experience in college and university. Under his guidance four M.Phil., research candidates have completed and 6 M.Phil., candidates and one Ph.D. scholar are pursuing for their degrees. He participated and presented research papers in 20 national and one international seminars at various colleges and universities.

Dr. S. Mohan, M.Com., M.phil, Ph.D., is Reader in Commerce, SKSS Arts College, Tirupanandal affiliated to Bharathidasan University Tiruchirappali. He has a teaching experience of 17 years including 14 years P.G. service. Two research projects, aided by UGC on financial management and banking, were undertaken by him. Two Ph.D., researchers have been completed under his guidance. He has guided 11 M.Phil., researches and 27 project works leading to M.Com. And M.B.A. degrees. Moreover he is guiding 6 Ph.D. and 5 M.Phil. Researches. He has published one book on financial management and 12 articles in the leading journals and participated 12 seminars conducted by various agencies.
