Poultry Eggs

Research on poultry eggs has progressed rapidly during the past few decades.  Based on the vast amount of research work done on various aspects of egg, after the publication of the first edition of the book, the latest information has been compiled in this updated edition.  Much of the text has been entirely rewritten and new material has been added.  Incorporation of innumerable research findings in the relevant text has made the updated edition a real comprehensive text on Poultry Eggs to provide clear, through and updated educational concept and study guide for students; researchers, teacher, poultry extension specialist and others engaged/interested in the poultry eggs.  New features of this Updated edition include information about quail, turkey and duck eggs in a portion on 'Other Eggs' and a Glossary.  The glossary has been added particularly for the benefit of those engaged in poultry egg industry to master a large new vocabulary.  The author is indebted to the investigators and research workers whose articles have appeared in the various Journals and books for many of the illustrations for which individual acknowledgement has been made.
