S.B. Chaube has been actively associated with vocational studies and counseling since 1986. His approach to student counseling for both curriculum and career aspects has been based on years of teaching experience in well-known technical institutes and polytechnics in Delhi, Chandigarh, Bangalore and Indore. He has also acquired special training in the field during a one-year apprenticeship programme at the University of Leeds and the Country Polytechnic.
