About 1000 plant specimens were collected, 204 species in 148 genera and 175 species in 126 genera belong to dicotyledons and 29 species in 23 genera to monocotyledons. Among the dicotyledons Asteraceae was the largest family (34 species) followed by Brassicaceae and Lamiaceae (15 each), Fabaceae (12), Apiaceae (11), Polygonaceae (9), Boraginaceae (8), Twelve families represented by a single species were Papaveraceae, Fumariaceae, Violaceae, Portulacaceae, Hypericaceae, Linaceae, Oxalidaceae, Lathyraceae, Valerianaceae, Verbenaceae, Urticaceae and Cannabinaceae. Polygonum was the largest genus (6 species) followed by Chenopodium and Veronica (5 species), Potentilla and Artemisia (4 species), Ranunculus, Geranium, Impatiens, Medicago, Gallium, Erigeron and Rumex with 3 species each; Cardamine, Rorripa, Sisymbrium, Silene, Melilotus, Trifolium, Oenothera, Epilobium, Caucalis, Filago, Senecio, Sonchus, Myosotis, Cynoglossum, Anchusa, Plantago, Amaranthus and Euphorbia were represented by two species each. All the other genera were represented by a single species each. Among monocotyledons Poaceae was the largest family (20 species) followed by Cyperaceae (6), Alismaceae (2) and Iridaceae (1). Cyperus was the largest genus (4 species) followed by Poa (3) and Lolium (2). Rest 20 genera were represented by a single species each.
