Stamp Law in Delhi: Including Rates of Stamp Duty, Circle Rates, List of Colonies, Stamp Rules, Notifications, Transfer Duty, E-Stamping and Much More

Born on august 26", 1946; in Rawalpindi (now in Pakistan). Graduated i Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 1965 and post-graduated in 1967. Has been working on Conservation of antiquities and works of art, particularly painting, in the National Museum, New Delhi, for the last more than 39 years. Underwent training in Conservation at National Museum in 1967 and later at Tokyo, Japan, in 1974 under UNESCO Programme. Went to USA in 1991 to participate and present a paper in the Indo-US Workshop on conservation. Visited the Conservation Laboratories of a number of countries including USA, Japan, Germany and Italy, while visiting on Government assignments. Edited the National Journal. 'Conservation of Cultural Property in India' for five years, as its Editor. Conducted a number of workshops on conservation all over the country. Published a number of conservation articles and a book 'Restoration of Oil Paintings' through National Museum Institute. Has been on the faculty of National Museum Institute since 1991, and guided the dissertation of more than fifteen MA (Conservation) students.
