One of the principal aims in writing this book pertains to the increasing impact of human influence on natural habitats in recent in recent years, more notably to the loss of habital quality. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Dinesh Khopkar

Dinesh Khopkar is a Professor at Dyanand University, Karnataka. He completed his M.Sc. in environmental Sc ience from V.P.M. College of Arts, Science & Commerce and obtained Ph.D. from Mumbai University. He has a long outstanding career in teaching. He has punlished many research papers on various streams of encironment. He is a regular participants to conferences and seminars. He has authored/edited more than 13 books on different topics of environment.
