Dr. Sunil V. Patel, is working as Associate Research Scientist at the Department of Biochemistry, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh.  He obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Department of Chemistry from Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar (Gujarat).  He has 20 years of experience in research and teaching.  At present he is guiding two M.Sc. students majoring in Biochemistry.  He has published a number of research papers and also presented papers in National and International Seminars.  His present interest is quality assessment of food grains, vegetables and fruit crops.
