R.R. Gulati has been with the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, He has over 20 years of teaching experience in courses like Line Communication, Industrial Electronics, Measurement Techniques and Television Engineering. he has been directly associated with the development of electronics engineering laboratories at BITS.
