The author Suman Lata of the book titled 'Child and the Law' has been serving in legal field for the last many years by assisting the author Dr. Anjani Kant in his literary work and delivering the lectures on law. She has also been awarded a degree of Ph.D. in Law for the thesis on 'Legal Status of Children in India: A critical study' by Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bihar in the year 2006.
