Dr. Prabhakar Gupta, M.com, Ph.D. Author of this book is an eminent personality in the academic field over four decades of exposure. He has authored a good number of text books which have been recommended in the syllabuses by different universities and state boards. His research articles are also published in reputed journals and periodicals. He started his distinguished career as a Lecturer in Commerce and became Principal and Director, M.B.A Programme in renowned N.M.D. P/G College of Arts, Commerce, Law and Management, Gondia. After retirement he continuously engaged himself in the academic field by exploring his in-depth knowledge in different workshops and seminars as expert and resource person. He shares the responsibilities to establish and to develop the new campus of well known Amity University, Noida (Delhi) at Raipur (C.G.) as Registrar and new campus of Management studies of D.V.E.S. College at Nagpur as a President of D.V.Education society Nagpur. He is a reputed academician in the academic circle of Nagpur University. He had been an active member of Academic council, Senate, Board of studies and many other committees of Nagpur University for a long term. Having more than 45 years of teaching and administrative experience at university and college level, he is also a recognized research guide in Nagpur University for Ph.D. and M. Phil. He also participated actively in many International and National Conferences, Seminars and workshops.
