Communal Violence and Administration

This book is an attempt to study the problem on communalism in some communally sensitive districts of Uttar Pradesh from the angle of district administration. It also highlights the urgency of restructuring administrative set-up and introducing bureaucratic accountability to tackle the problem of communal violence in a divided society like India. The analysis and the conclusions brought about would definitely give an insight to future administrators in tackling communal violence.
