Dr. Aliva Mohanty is presently working as deputy Coordinator of School of Women's Studies Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. She is teaching and guiding P.G. students of the university. She started her career as lecturer in an Women's College of orissa and there after joined as research officer in State resource center for adult education, Govt. of Orissa. She is also the Secretary of Institute for omen development and research, orissa, Bhubaneswar and actively associated for the cause of women development and their empowerment.
