What is common in the chapters is not the epistemology of law, but a desire for the betterment, if not a dream for the ideal. A common thread across the chapters which my publisher was looking for was actually there. It was not made; it just existed, as a feeling. However, it needed enormous efforts to update and revise the chapters, which were independent articles, and to indicate the sources. The articles in the present book are updated finally on 18 October 2016.
