Reader’s End offers Free worldwide delivery on ALL orders over $50.
All orders are sent via Postal Service air mail and via Couriers.
We will always try to send your order in as few packages as possible. However sometimes we have to send your items separately.
Delivery Times
Postal services vary around the world and delivery speed depends on the delivery country and the item you are ordering.
As a guide most items will be delivered in the following times:
Canada 5-20 business days
North America 6-13 business days
South America 6-14 business days
Europe 6-13 business days
Asia & Australia 6-14 business days
South Asia 7-14 business days
Africa and Middle East 6-13 business days
Returns
Reader’s End guarantees your satisfaction and offers you returns within 30 days of order receipt on most items.
Return via Mail:
To return an item for any reason within 30 days of order receipt:
Email our Customer Service department at [email protected]
Subject: Return authorization needed
Body of email: Order ID number
Reason for return
Item(s) you are returning
A return authorization will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. Once your return authorization note is received:
Pack the item(s) that you are returning to us securely.
Enclose a copy of your packing slip.
Enclose the Return note that we emailed to you and ship the package.
Be sure to apply adequate postage.
We are not responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility, please save your tracking information so you can follow up with the vendor you shipped with.
Our Returns Department will issue your credit within 3-5 days of receipt scan at our warehouse.
All returns and billing questions must be resolved within 30 days of order receipt.
Items returned will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
