ABOUT THE AUTHOR B.P. Sinha

Dr. B. P. Sinha (b.1939) is Professor and Head in the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi for last two decades. He has a long experience of teaching post graduate scholars and guiding researches in the area of communication and Human Resource Development. He has guided about two dozen M.SC. and Ph.D. research project. He has authored a book and has over five dozen research papers published in national as well as foreign journals of repute to his credit.
