ABOUT THE AUTHOR R. Ramanathan

R. Ramanathan worked with Dr. Kalam for over seven years as his Financial Adviser in the Defence Research and Development Organisation and has been associated with him for more than 10 years. In this capacity, he had an opportunity to observe Dr. Kalam closely in a variety of situations. During the period, he met numerous others who have worked with Dr. Kalam for an even longer period. He has drawn on his own experiences as well as of those who have been close to Dr. Kalam, while writing this book. Ramanatahan joined the Indian Audit and Accounts Service in 1965. He retired as Member Finance, Ex-officio Secretary to the Government of India, Telecom Commission. His recent book, contract Management, was released by Dr. Kalam.
