The encyclopaedia is addressed to teachers, principals, supervisors and superintendents and those, who, are preparing to join them. The main objective of the authors through this work is to make aware the responsibilities of these educational workers in solving the professional problems, either as consumer’s or producers of research. The authors believe that the primary outcome for the majority of field participants in educational research will be found in the training value of the problem solving approach, with an increased understanding of educative process.
