The Book: With the growing attention of climate change and its associated problems, there is need to impart training in the field of climate change. Not because the climate itself has started changing although there is evidence that they already be responding to humanity’s greenhouse gas emissions. Rather, the issue of climate change is reality for today’s world because of the action that intentional community has launched to minimize risks of global warming in the 21st century. The climatic changes have acquired a significant concern for the society. The various factors contributing for it included the excessive use of fossil fuel, ecological imbalance etc. Thus, environmentalism is concerned movement in the world in the recent years. It has become an overriding concern in national plans and policies among the developed and developing countries. Today the development project is not considered complete without an environment impact assessment. During the last few decades the global environment has gone through serious challenges and changes. Population pressure has escalated rapidly. Consequently, resources have dwindled. However, in present context the use of natural energy resources, efficient use of water resources, massive plantation etc. have created a favourbale environment for the remedial measure. In this context, awareness raising is essential so that people can make informed decisions about this complex issue. The selected topics have been prepared in the bound form for use in future as a reference. It is hoped that these notes will fill up the gap of the material available in the subject. Therefore, keeping this view a book has been authored to have a proper planning and management of resources such that the advanced adverse consequences may be checked. The basic objectives of this book are: (a) To elaborated different reason of the climate change; (b) To enable the people to understand roll of natural resources and their management; (c) To develop knowledge and competence in the use of natural resources at remedial measure for the temperature change.
