Entry of women in all types of workplaces have brought about new challenges for Organization Management specialists. Whether one likes it or not, women are the new workforce of the next century. The status of knowledge about micro level factors particularly from Human Resources Management perspective is limited. This is also evident from the fact that the management-theorizing is gender neutral, even though in practice it is not so.
