ABOUT THE AUTHOR Alan Barzman
Alan Barzman, has devoted his career in advertising exclusively to the making of humorous radio commercials. He is a recipient of the Radio Advertising Bureau's OrsonWelles Award for Creative Excellence, as well as receiving the Clio Awards, International Broadcast Awards, London Advertising Awards, ADDY and ANDY Awards and many others. Advertisers who have availed themseleves of Mr. Barzman's creative radio production services include American express, McDonalds, People Magazine, Delta Airlines, Kemper Insurance, Paine Webber, KFC, Pepsi Cola, Ford Electronics, Anheuser Busch and GTE. Some of this work was done when he was partnered with Bert Berdis in the acclaimed radio production firm Bert and Barz and Company. In addition to his creative and producing skills, Mr. Barzman is also a well known voice talent. His highly recognizable and familiar voice has been heard on countless radio and television commericals. Most notably he was the original voice-over who prompted the Energizer Bunny to keep going and going and going." Mr. Barzman is a graduate of the University of Oregon and received a Master's degree in Communications from Boston University.
