Why should Europe or the Wester a nations think that if the developing nations come to possess nuclear weapons, they would be more ready for their use thank the rest of the world: The U.N. Britian, france and China should not deploy their nuclear weapons there while the non-nuclear states of the region should not develop or produce their own nuclear arms. Over many decades the American public was hoodwinked into believing nuclear installations as safekl and clean. However; of late they have discovered enormous dangers they and their environment have been subjected to as a result of the mindless pursuit of nuclear weapons. Such inresponsible utteraness in Pakistanas eating of grass till nuclear bomb has been acquired ‘ or thousand year war’ or the great attainment and the assistance it received from China, and the recent announcement by France to aid Pakistan’s nuclear related energy programme are developments which cause concern.
