ABOUT THE AUTHOR Baba Jadhav

Dr. Baba Jadhav is working as a Reader in the Department of Zoology, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Having specialized in Helminthology, Dr. Jadhav has guided 25 research students. He has published more than 130 research articles and his attended and presented papers in many conferences. He was invited at Chiang Mai University, Chiang Mai, Thailand in collaborative research programme. He has written two books on Parasitology. He was awarded Post Doctoral Fellowship by C.S.L.R. in 1980.

Research specialization in Environmental Toxicology, Microbial Biotechnology, Clinical Biochemistry. Completed several R & D Projects on Microbial Biotechnology funded by DBT, DST and NGOs. Few parents filed. Executive member of several professional and academic bodies. Published several research papers and articles in national and international scientific journals. Teaching and Research experience of more than 25 years.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR H.S. Nama

Dr. H.S. Nama has retired as Professor of Zoology and Head, Department of Zoology, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, in August, 1993. He is specialized in the field of Parasitology with long experience of teaching and research. He is devoted to the field of Helminthology in particular and has published 115 research papers and guided several students for Ph.D. degree. Dr. Nama has attended several conferences and chaired the session of 2nd International Symposium of Ichthyoparasitology, 1987 at Tihany, Budapest (Hungary). He has written three books(two books in Zoology in Hindi and one in English on Parasitology-Cestode Parasites of Indian Mammals.)
