Teacher education is one of the most challenging tasks that face the Educationists and also al those who are concerned about the quality of educational values and human vision that is implicit in the classroom situation. The present publication attempts to provide a blueprint of theoretical framework and practical guidelines that together form the basic approach to teacher education. The focus is on a format of ideas and components that would fit neatly into the existing teacher education curriculum and syllabi.
