Prof. J.V. Prabhakara Rao, Senior Professor and Co-ordinator, University Grants Commission Special Assistance Programme, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, Andhra University, is a renowned academician in the area of International Business and Indian Economic Studies. He is endowed with 33 years of varied experience in teaching and research besides brief stints as an able administrator in various capacities in Andhra University. He is also associated as an Expert Committee Member with UGC, AICTE, NAAC and MHRD etc. Prof. Rao has traveled extensively visiting several Universities both within and outside the country. He is an excellent writer and has written several books in the area of management and commerce besides a host of publications in several popular journals.
