There are several areas that need immediate and continuous attention by Government through Public Participation: Migration of misery and improversihment has to be viewed with a perspective outlook as the perspectives of development change with time and requirements of the population. Generally, the development issues should focus n the demands/needs of majority of the population through participation for conflict resolution. Empowering of oppressed, women participation in CBOs and PRIs are some of the major issues that are getting attention these days. Child labour has grown to such a proportion that we can’t eradicate it under given circumstances but facilitate to mitigate their suffering. Population growth in the Third World is casting its long shadows and eclipsing the little development achieved in different spheres.
