ABOUT THE AUTHOR Arunabh Talwar

Arunabh Talwar, MD, FCCP, Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, Department of Medicine, North Shore University Hospital; and Asst. Professor, Medicine, NYU School of Medicine, U.S.A. is a physician academician, who has widely published and presented his work on health issues particularly related to the developing countries.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Guljit K. Arora

Guljit Kumar Arora, a gold medallist from Guru Nanak Dev University (Punjab), did his M.Phil and Ph.D. with a fellowship from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. Reader in Economic at Zakir Husain College (University of Delhi), since 1982, he also served Ninth Finance Commission as Consultant, and Eleventh Finance Commission as Joint director. He was awarded Senior Fellowship to work in the area of Cultural Economics by the Government of India. His main research interest, besides teaching, relate to federal finance, globalilsation, development and environmental issues particularly concerning under-developed countries, job reservations, and economics of art and culture. He has completed quite a few Government of India sponsored projects on environment awareness, in addition to having published a number of articles.
