Education during medieval period underwent cross-cultural experiences. At the same time both Islamic and Hindu educational systems remained in practice throughout the medieval age. Philosophy, principles and methods of education were mainly based upon the religions of the two communities. Aim of this book is to make available to our readers, various perspectives of the education during the period with the background of the Hindu and Muslim cultures. This will enable our readers to understand the evolution of education during the medieval age.
