It is very often said that the 21st Century will be of Travel and Tourism. Due to fastest means of communications and transportation people want to travel abroad and see the world of-course the only motive is not leisure but trade and business mostly. Under these circumstances the hotels, guest houses and rest houses need to be more hospitable in the sense that they show their keenness and eagerness to provide all sourts of facilities including food, accommodation and transportation and be customer friendly. All these things are covered by one word “Hospitality Services”.
