ABOUT THE AUTHOR A. Chandra Mohan
Dr. A Chandra Mohan has received his MBA and Ph.D from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. He has over 12 years experience in teaching in different Management Institutions. Dr. A.C. Mohan has been also working as a consultant for several projects. He has authored many articles on General Management area. He has participated and presented six papers in different National Seminars and International Seminars conducted by the Universities and Professional bodies. Dr. A.C. Mohan was an advisory board member of Sri teja InfoTech, kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. He is presently working as Associate Professor for MBA programme in SSVP College of management Studies, Visakhapatnam.

Prof. C.N. Krishna Naik, uniquely qualified academically. He obtained his B. Com., M.A. (Public Administration), P.G. Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management M.Sc. (Psychology) and M.Phil, degrees from Sri Venkteshwara University, Tirupati. He has also acquired M. Com., M.A, (Sociology), M.A. (Economics), B.L. and Ph.D. Degrees From Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananatpur. He has authored many articles and wrote book reviews. He presented number of papers National and International Seminars and Conferences. He has completed one U.G.C. sponsored Research project and guided, many Ph.Ds. on various topics in Finance, Marketing and Personnel. Dr. Naik has published six books: (1) Management of Rural Banking (2) Consumer Behaviour (3) Industrial Relations (4) Sickness in Small Industry and (5) Marketing of handlooms and Merchant Banking in India has also participated in Faculty Development Programme in Management (FDP) at Indian Naik has 18 years of teaching experience. He served as honorary Director, A.P. Study Circle (SKIAD), Anantpur Branch for 4 years. At present he is working as Professor, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantpur, besides he has been volunteering for the upliftment of downtrodden in the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh.
