A series of seemingly innocuous and minor incidents occur…prompting Ajit Singh Ahluwalia of the Indian Bureau of Counter Terrorism to suspect a hidden and sinister design. Desperately, he seeks to unravel what could be an elaborately constructed plot before any mishap occurs. He is pitted against Noor kadir, a zealot out to create havoc with the demonic aim of creating a permanent communal divide in the social fabric of India, who, to achieve his nefarious ai, hatches a complicated plan of simultaneously launching two missions: An assassination in Kashmir, and a jailbreak in the remote North-Eastern region of India.
