Special education, as the term suggests, is meant specially for those who are unable to get education in the normal manner as we can. That is to say, the disabled or physically challenged boys and girls. Science has revolutionized whole of the human life. It has opened windows of opportunities not only for those in sound health but for the deprived ones. The Almighty has endowed few with some or the other extraordinary qualities.
