Dr. Bijaya Ranjan Sahay is a Senior Reader in the Post Graduate Department of Economics at G.L.A. College, Dalton Ganj (Ranchi University). He has been teaching Economics for more than three decades. He is also teaching the various courses of IGNOU and presently he is serving as a Director in an Institute of Management.
