ABOUT THE AUTHOR Rama Gupta

Dr. Rama Gupta is a former principal of Govt. Girls College, Shimla, (H.P.) Prior to that she was also the head of the English department in the same college. She is M.A. in English from Punjab University, M.Phil and Ph.D. from Himachal University. She has been member of the Academic Council and president Sports Council, Himachal Pradesh University. Presently she is member of International Society of Karen Horney, U.S.A., All India women Association for Social Welfare, Executive Member of Governing Council of Himachal Pradesh, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and disabled and physically challenged children.
