Poverty Alleviation and Rural Development

If India so to emerge as an economically developed country and a civilized Society the Govt. has to adopt programmes for the alleviation of poverty of this section of the population. It requires Government spending on labour welfare and for generating jobs both in the skilled and unskilled sector.
