ABOUT THE AUTHOR Mohd. Azam Khan

Dr. Mohd. Azam Khan is working as a Lecturer in the Department of Economics, A.M.U. Aligarh. He completed his Ph.D. in 2001. He was awarded JRF/SRF by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi in 1994 for a period of five years. He is life member of Indian Economic Association. He has participated in several conferences, seminars and workshops. A number of articles written by him on fiscal reforms food security and Nehruvian economics have been published.
