B. Nalini, Ph.D. is professor in the Department of Sociology, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. In her academic career she has authored three books and published several articles in National and International journals. Her main research interest is concentrated on sociology of Health, Gerontology and Gender Studies. She has executed a number of policy top aging and health sponsored by UGC and the Ministry of Environment and Forests.
