This book is to introduce a variant of theory about Hinduism for the present context and to be aware of by the present generation, the factors leading to its “Origin formation and philosophy in the historical perspective. The belief that an inherent reason under the Indian context, the modern age especially the generation who are scientifically conscious and those who are philosophically aware of the religious factors leading to the development of human society and the definition of Hinduism. The author describes the process of evolution under the social factor enabled further the formation of the unified, group for attaining higher consciousness and the inherent human society ascending to it. The caste classification, the dignity of religion and religious, cultural and traditional beliefs are differ and contrary to each other. But the human nature is invariably bound by reasons. It may perhaps true to claim that the origin of religion and the reason for its developments could not be ascertained from the historical point of view. But there are certain indications which support our belief. The Hindu religion perhaps is only by the advent of other religion and their spreading in India. The controvercies will not end. The debate is bound to evoke further thoughts relating to the formation of Hinduism and its uncertain future. Therefore, this book bears the views and necessities existed in those days when it was written in its historical perspective. The author finds the Hindu society and its tradition should not mean as such a religious tenet. But a social philosophy which is relevant even today. A re-print of this is to reflect the basic factors of Hindu religion in the present context.
