The subject ‘Gender Justice’ is becoming an important component of LL.B. (Hons) curriculum in many universities and it covers many areas of civil and criminal laws. Therefore, this book has made an attempt to compile various aspects of the subject in one volume written by Academicians, Judges, Advocates having knowledge and experience in the area.
