"Excavation of Truth" is an invaluable effort to uncover the Historical truth, which hitherto had remained buried for the last over 150 years due to political and religious prejudices. Author’s thrust on the glorious role of Muslims out of common men to save Indian sub-continent from being enslaved by Europeans, more particularly by Britishers gives us a source to be proud of our past. "Peer Ali Khan" an unsung Martyr of 1857, hailing from my father’s native place has made us proud of our heredity. But I am also sad that such brave, selfless patriots were ignored and were deprived of their due honour. They struggled and sacrificed their life for the honour of the "Watan".

Khan Mohd. Sadiq Khan, commonly called (K.M.S. Khan) born in family involved in legal profession since last three generations and Zameendar in the village Mohammadpur, Distt. Azamgarh, U.P. (India). After graduation from Shibli Post Graduate College, Azamgarh in 1960 got involved in film Industry in Bombay 1st with Mehboob R. Khan the Producer of Mother India and Son of India Etc. and with Shri Tara Chand Barjatia of Rajshri Productions P. Ltd., Mumbai. His articles/Papers have been published in various magazine and newspapers, in India and abroad. Besides the above he is also involved in various social activities specially relating to education of Muslim Community. He is member of Azamgarh Muslim Education Society running Shibli Post Graduate and Shibli International Colleges in Azamgarh. He is President of World Education and development Organisation a Society running a Sr. Secondary un-aided Minority Public School Nizamuddin East, New Delhi. Being restless about the upliftment of pathetic condition of majority of Muslims in India, Educationally as well as economically always tries to do things to improve the condition of Muslims so that the stigma of illiteracy and backwardness of Muslims of this country may be removed and they be considered at par with other more enlightened communities of the country and became better citizens of the Mother India.
