ABOUT THE AUTHOR Alok Kumar Pramanik

Alok Kumar Pramanik, (b. 1954) obtained his M.Com., L.L.B. degrees from the University of Calcutta. At present he is working in the Department of Commerce, Bhatter College, Dantan, Midnapore. He had also been in the Department of Commerce with Farm Management, in Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal, as a Guest Faculty. Sri Pramanik has participated in many National and International Conferences and also presented papers. He has contributed a number of papers to the books edited by renowned academicians and also edited a number of books. He has many articles to his credit published in reputed Indian and Foreign Journals. He is the Associate Editor of Vidyasagar University Journal of Commerce and Life Member of different academic organizations.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Bhagaban Das

Dr. Bhagaban Das is a postgraduate in Commerce and holds a Ph.D. Degree in Finance from Utkal University. He has more than two decades of teaching experience and has successfully guided about half a dozen Ph.D. Scholars. AN Author of six books in the areas of Corporate Finance and Quantitative techniques, Dr. das about 20 research articles to his credit published in various national and international; journals. His current area of interest is Mergers & Acquisitions and Environmental Accounting.
