Dr. Tapan Chandra Mondal D.M.S. (Cal.), Gold Medalist is actively involved in the practice and teaching of Homoeopathy at D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata. Dr. Mondal was a brilliant student and has secured two Gold Medals on Homoeopathic subjects in the DMS examination and is also the recipient of Dr. N. C. Chakraborty Medical Award. According to Prof. Dr. Mahendra Singh, Vice Principal and Head of the Department : Organon, Chronic Diseases & History of Medicine, Calcutta Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital (University of Calcutta); Chairman, Education Committee : Central Council of Homoeopathy, Govt. of India; President, National Council of Homoeopathic Pharmacy, "Dr. Mondal has been a very serious student, has done brilliant result and in his very young age as a homoeopathic physician and teacher has produced two exceptionally good books, one on Organon of Medicine and the other on Homoeopathic Materia Medica.
