This book is especially deems the measures of organizational climate, leadership behaviour, teacher morale and attitudes towards educational administration as perceived by the heads and assistants of various types of educational institutions from English medium at secondary and senior secondary levels (i.e. upper primary schools, high schools and junior colleges). In this piece of work the author has investigated the perceptions of 521 respondents from 94 institutions. Here the author has identified four climates in the above said institutions i.e. autonomous, controlled, paternal and closed. The main investigation has been done on eight dimensions of organizational climate, twelve dimensions of leadership behaviour, twenty three different subtests of teacher morale inventory and positive and negative attitudes of the respondents towards educational administration. The author has taken examination results through examinations from each institution to test the development of education at state level. This study indicates that the improvement of results of the educational institutions are possible only by improving the organizational climate, leadership behaviour, teacher morial, and teacher attitudes towards educational administration.
