ABOUT THE AUTHOR Mona Abid
Mona Abid has obtained her Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Jamia Millia Islamia and Master of Business Administration from the same university, Delhi. She runs her own Technical and Management Institute affiliated with Indira Gandhi National Open University and Approved by Ministry of HRD. She delivers lectures in conferences and seminars conducted by the Technical and Management colleges. She has written two books, has got more than 25 papers published in journals of India and abroad and completed more than four research projects.
