If perchance, on account of insufficient or indefinitely characteristic symptoms, it is sometimes difficult for the homoeopathic physician to instantly recognize the most suitable remedy with certainty in acute diseases, it is much more so in the numberless cases of chronic ailments under which a vast part of mankind has heretofore hopelessly groaned. Every repertory is useful. Unfortunately not one is complete. This one offers the best guide for the selection of the most suitable remedy in chronic diseases.
