Indian Planning is necessarily continuous process. Now it is a widely accepted conception that planning is a necessity for meaningful development and it must be looked upon as a thorough knowledge as to what the inhabitants of a nation think and expect from the planning processes. Nevertheless, public participation and involvement is an inevitable policy and strategy for achieving national development objectives and goals. All these issues have been discussed in the present book in detail.
