Decision making is our important every-day activity. Success whatever the field of life depends upon our decisions. This book brings out the influence of personality characteristics (as per Eysenck's classification), decision self esteem, achievement motivation and some of demographic variables on decision making styles of university students. the knowledge of the results of this study will be helpful in guidance and counselling the students' population.
